Verran does not use analytics or cookies in this preview. The website does not send visitor statistics to Verran.

When the homepage opens, it fetches the day’s public spot prices for electricity area SE3 directly from Elpriset just nu.se. That external service then receives a normal web request, which can include an IP address and technical browser information. Verran sends no questionnaire answers in this request and does not store the price request in its own system.

The homepage composes home type, relationship to the home, existing energy or smart-home products, primary priority, desired scope, timing, name, email, area and an optional comment locally in the browser. Answers remain only in the page’s temporary memory and disappear when the page is reloaded. The contact page has a shorter equivalent flow for name, email, optional telephone number, home type, approximate floor area and project description.

When you choose to continue from the final step, an email draft opens in your own email application. You can view the summary, copy it, edit the draft or decline to send it.

If you send the email, the details are used to read, answer and manage your enquiry. The message then travels through your chosen email service and arrives in Verran’s email inbox. The website has no contact-form database or form backend of its own.

Do not include alarm codes, passwords, access credentials, detailed security routines or floor plans in the initial enquiry. If a later project requires sensitive material, an appropriate transfer method and a clear purpose should be agreed first.

How long email correspondence needs to remain depends on the nature of the enquiry and any applicable obligations. This preview notice does not promise a fixed retention period. A final policy will specify retention and relevant suppliers before full public launch.

You can email Verran to ask what personal information is held in a contact thread, request correction or ask for deletion. Legal or contractual grounds may in some cases affect what can be deleted.
