Verran

A home that is smart your way.

Bespoke smart homes · Stockholm & Nacka

One home. One calm system.

Verran brings lighting, energy, climate, safety and everyday routines together in one connected system. It is home automation planned around how you actually live, not around individual devices or apps.

Use electricity when it makes the most sense.

When the chosen systems and tariffs support it, solar production, EV charging, heating and selected larger loads can be coordinated using spot-price signals and available household production and consumption data. Charging can then be prioritised during periods of high solar production or lower spot prices, helping to limit unnecessary peaks and making energy use easier to understand.

Know what is happening at home—even when you are away.

Signals from compatible leak sensors, smoke alarms, doors, locks, temperature sensors and other selected functions can be brought into one clear view. Relevant notifications can help you notice changes, check what happened and respond earlier.

Everyday convenience

Less managing. More living.

Instead of opening several apps and adjusting devices one by one, control the home from one simple place. Lighting, temperature, blinds and selected appliances can respond automatically while familiar manual controls remain available.

Scenes and automations

Your home can adapt to every part of the day.

A morning scene can gently raise the lights and temperature. Away mode can switch off selected functions and highlight anything that needs attention. Dinner, Movie or Sleep scenes can coordinate several rooms and systems with one tap—or start automatically when the right conditions are met.

Software and hardware working together

The intelligence can live in your home. The control sits in your hand.

Verran combines carefully selected sensors, controls and connected devices with the software that makes them work as one system. Your phone becomes a simple window into the home. Where the chosen architecture supports it, important automations can keep running locally in the background, while other functions may rely on external services.

Energy · signals before guesses

When the price changes, the home can respond.

A considered system can read the price signal for the electricity area and, where equipment and contracts allow, schedule selected loads at better times. You decide what may be controlled and which boundaries always apply.

For example
  • heating
  • hot water
  • EV charging
  • home battery
  • selected appliances
  • energy overview
… among many other possibilities. The options depend on the home’s products, connections and contracts. Price-based control should also account for grid charges and any capacity charge, so reducing one cost does not inadvertently raise another.

Process · five clear steps

From a curious question to a home that works as one.

The free call is the first step. The Smart Home Audit is separate paid analysis at a fixed price. The project then moves forward only when scope, responsibility and cost are clear.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before anything is ordered.

A tailored system should be as transparent in cost and responsibility as it is in function.

01Can ROT or RUT deductions be used?

A possible deduction can apply only to separately itemised work that meets Skatteverket’s conditions. The Smart Home Audit and the smart home solution as a whole are not marketed as deduction-eligible.

02Who owns the hardware, software and accounts?

You own the equipment you buy. The goal is customer-owned main accounts, clear administrative roles and documentation that makes the system maintainable. Licence terms and any external services are shown before ordering.

03Does Verran add a margin to hardware?

No hidden product margin. Hardware is specified separately at the agreed purchase price. Verran charges transparently for professional work such as analysis, design, procurement and coordination, configuration, testing, documentation, handover and support.

04What does a project cost?

The first call is free. The Smart Home Audit costs SEK 4,900 including VAT. Implementation is quoted after the analysis because homes, existing technology and ambition vary. Support after the included adjustment period is SEK 1,490 per hour including VAT or quoted separately.

05Can it work with what I already have?

Stable, supportable products can often be reused, but compatibility is not promised before they have been mapped. The Smart Home Audit shows what can stay, what needs a boundary and where replacement creates a better whole.
